How can I use the embroidery design?
To use your embroidery design, you must have an embroidery machine.
After purchase and payment:
- You will instantly download your files
- Files are delivered in a ZIP folder
- You must unzip the file on your computer
Inside the folder, you will find:
- Multiple size options
- Multiple embroidery formats (PES, DST, JEF, EXP, etc.)
Simply:
- Choose your size
- Select the correct format for your machine
- Transfer the file to a USB stick
- Load it into your embroidery machine and start stitching
Where can I find size, stitch count, and color chart?
All technical details such as:
- Size
- Stitch count
- Color chart
are included in the product description and inside the downloaded file (PDF format for easy viewing or printing).
Can I resize or edit a design after purchase?
We do not recommend resizing or modifying embroidery files.
Resizing may cause:
- Stitch distortion
- Missing details
- Poor embroidery results
We cannot guarantee quality if the file is altered.
If you need a different size or format, please contact us before purchase.
How do I download my files?
After completing your purchase:
- Your files will be available for instant download
- You can access them from your order page or email
If you have any issues, contact us and we will send the files directly to your email.
Can I use these designs for commercial use?
Yes — small business use is allowed.
You may:
- Use the designs for physical embroidered products
- Sell finished embroidered items
You may NOT:
- Resell or share the digital embroidery files
- Upload files for distribution or resale
Why am I having stitching problems?
Stitching issues can happen due to several factors:
- Resizing or editing the design
- Wrong fabric type (best: medium-weight cotton)
- Incorrect stabilizer choice
- Improper hooping (too tight or too loose)
- Machine settings (tension, needle, bobbin, etc.)

Which embroidery format should I use?
Choose the format based on your machine:
- Brother / Babylock / Deco → PES, PEC
- Husqvarna / Viking / Pfaff → VP3
- Janome / Elna / Kenmore → JEF, SEW
- Bernina / Melco → EXP
- Singer → XXX
- Tajima → DST
Can I request a custom digitized design?
Yes, we offer a Custom Embroidery Digitizing Service for all types of designs.
We convert your logo, artwork, or image into a professional machine embroidery file ready for stitching.
Custom Order Categories & Delivery Time
We offer three levels of service depending on design complexity:
- Simple designs (logos, basic text): 24–48 hours
- Less complex designs (medium detail artwork): up to 4 days
- Complex designs (detailed or advanced artwork): up to 6 days, depending on design difficulty
